Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill & Enoteca won Vancouver magazine’s 2009 Restaurant of the Year designation for good reason: chef and owner Pino Posteraro’s food is that good. The Italian-born chef is known for his inspired yet balanced cooking; as the magazine explains, “the genius of his cuisine lies in its simplicity.”
