Norouz: Persian New Year

Each spring people across Iran ring in Norouz, a 13-day Persian holiday marking the beginning of a new year, by exchanging gifts and feasting on symbolic foods at the homes of friends and neighbors. Join chef Maziar Farivar when he leads our celebration of the 3,000-year-old holiday with a traditional and festive menu.
