Named after a town in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, Vignola features a seasonal Northern Italian menu crafted from Maine’s finest organic ingredients. For this special event, chef Lee Skawinski’s authentic dishes will be paired with wines selected by Carlo Nerozzi of Le Vigne di San Pietro.
