Nicolas Delaroque, Nico, San Francisco

Since its opening in 2013, Nicolas Delaroque’s Nico has been lauded as a dining destination by the San Francisco Chronicle and local eaters alike. Tonight Delaroque brings his modern and locally sourced take on French cuisine to the Beard House, featuring decadent but vibrant courses like Asparagus with Snails and Black Trumpet Mushrooms; Red Snapper with Fiddlehead Ferns and Lemon Verbena; and Comté Beignets. With a menu that balances tradition with the bounty of the spring growing season, just a taste is all it takes to see why Nico recently earned its first Michelin star.
