Bryan Sikora tasted early success with his two acclaimed Philly restaurants and received a 2014 JBF Award semifinalist nod for his work at his latest venture, Delaware’s La Fia. The intimate 35-seat spot offers rustic cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients firmly rooted in the local terroir.

At 1919 Restaurant in San Juan, chef Juan José Cuevas serves artfully composed menus that blend local ingredients with modern techniques. Cuevas, who has worked with Alain Ducasse, Christian Delouvrier, and Dan Barber, will bring a taste of the Isle of Enchantment and his flavor-forward cuisine to the Big Apple at this incredible dinner.
