With a shared culinary philosophy and Italian heritage, close friends Michael Carrino and rocker-turned-winemaker Maynard James Keenan have teamed up to craft a stellar Beard House event. The duo’s tantalizing, Naples-inspired menu will feature Carrino’s farm-to-table, nose-to-tail sensibility and superb wine pairings from Keenan’s exclusive Velvet Slippers collection.
