Taste the food of Umbria’s rich history when Lorenzo Polegri, the chef and owner of Zeppelin in the picturesque Etruscan town of Orvieto, returns to the Beard House. Rooted in the chef’s passion for his region’s ancient culinary traditions, Polegri’s food is both delicious and transporting.
