A Dumpling & Noodle Tour

Join the James Beard Foundation Greens for our first ever field trip! We’re traveling to the Twin Marquis Noodle & Chef One Dumpling Factory in Brooklyn, NY where the Greens will go on an extensive tour followed by a buffet noodle and dumpling lunch.

Twin Marquis began as small-scale noodle factory in Chinatown in 1989 and currently is one of the largest noodle factories on the East Coast producing Kosher OU Parve noodles and wrappers. Located in the same factory, Chef One produces an astounding 44,000 dumplings every hour!  

Each guest will leave with a full stomach, a goodie bag filled with wonderful Asian food products, and a new outlook on the humble dumpling.
