Ingredients
- 2 lime wedges
- 5 seedless green grapes
- Pinch salt
- 1 part Plymouth Gin
- 1 part Brancott Sauvignon Blanc
- 3/4 part fresh lime juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
Method
Put the lime wedges, grapes, and salt in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients and a 1/2 cup of ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Pour the contents of the shaker (do not strain) into a white wine glass.
