This delicious cocktail was served at the 2011 Book, Broadcast, & Journalism Awards.

Ingredients

  • 2 lime wedges
  • 5 seedless green grapes
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 part Plymouth Gin
  • 1 part Brancott Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3/4 part fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup

Method

Put the lime wedges, grapes, and salt in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients and a 1/2 cup of ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Pour the contents of the shaker (do not strain) into a white wine glass.
