Vermouth Cassis

Method

"An ideal summer drink," per James Beard.

  • 4-ounce glassful of French vermouth
  • Crème de cassis liqueur to taste
  • Club soda

Mix the French Vermouth and crème de cassis in a tall glass with ice and fill with club soda. Add a zest of lemon or a mint sprig.

1 cocktail
