BIPOC Industry Survey

The James Beard Foundation has created the Black Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Industry Survey designed specifically for culinary leaders of color. The survey is available in English, Spanish (Español), and Simplified Chinese (Jiǎntǐzì). 

JBF believes collecting data specific to our BIPOC food and beverage leaders, their business successes, challenges, and industry needs is a critical component to improving our industry support and standards. Your response to this survey is crucial as these results will continue to inform the Foundation initiatives, programming, and events that support professionals like you. If in addition to completing the survey you would like to participate in our virtual follow-up focus groups, please indicate so at the end.

The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and consists of 24 questions. We encourage you to also share the survey link/QR code with as many other BIPOC chefs, owners, partners, and managers as you can!
