Announcing the Winners of the 2017 Blended Burger Project™ Campus Edition

After three summers of chefs nationwide reimagining the classic American burger via JBF’s Blended Burger Project™, we brought the competition to campuses across the country with our Blended Burger Project™ Campus Edition.
University and college–based chefs were challenged to blend mushrooms with meat for a more delicious, nutritious, and sustainable meal.
Now after 3 months of voting, the six chefs with the most votes have won the opportunity to cook at the James Beard House in 2018.
