Southern Flavors Meet Oregon Wines
A 2011 JBF Award semifinalist, Lee Richardson trained at revered New Orleans restaurants like Nola and Restaurant August—where he was John Besh’s chef de cuisine—before moving to the Capital Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas. At this dinner, Richardson’s highly evolved, Southern-inspired food will be paired with boutique wines from Oregon’s Anne Amie Vineyards.

Innovative Japanese
Vegas foodies looking for a sure thing head straight to the Bellagio’s Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge for a taste of Akira Back’s high-wire Japanese cuisine. Like his mentors, Nobu Matsuhisa and Masaharu Morimoto, Back deftly plays with tradition, infusing classical dishes with modern flavors and techniques.
