Longtime Beard Foundation supporter Zov Karamardian will be joined by Food Network stars Michael Symon and Anne Burrell for this fantastic weekend benefit, which includes an extravagant dinner and exciting cooking demonstrations.

Dueling Dantes
A pair of Dantes will be joining forces at the Beard House to stage a meal as epic as The Divine Comedy itself. Boccuzzi, a two-time JBF Award nominee and alum of Aureole, and the critically acclaimed de Magistris have designed an innovative menu that blends their signature modern American and Italian cuisines.

Colicchio Protégé
Sisha Ortúzar has had several roles throughout Tom Colicchio’s empire: as a sous-chef at Gramercy Tavern, a member of Craftsteak Las Vegas’s opening team, and the brains behind the creative sandwiches at ’wichcraft. Now the chef and partner at the recently opened Riverpark, Ortúzar shines with his global interpretations of market-based cuisine.

Dirk Flanigan proves his skill and versatility on a daily basis as the executive chef of two very distinct but equally superlative Chicago eateries.
