The 404 Kitchen proves you can’t judge a book by its cover: the Music City restaurant resides in a shipping container, yet has garnered accolades including a JBF Award semifinalist nod. Join us as chef Matt Bolus, an alum of Charleston’s FIG, brings his celebrated European-inflected fare to the Beard House for an evening of holiday indulgence.

Join us when chef Ryan DePersio returns to the Beard House with vibrant Italian cuisine from the newest addition to his Garden State restaurant roster: Jersey City’s aptly named Battello—Italian for “boat”—a waterfront hot spot lauded for its stellar seafood and captivating views of the harbor and New York City skyline.
Wednesday, December 16, 7:00 P.M.
Tennessee native Trey Cioccia is no stranger to incorporating the farm-to-table ethos into fine dining, sourcing produce from his family’s garden. For this festive holiday dinner, Cioccia will treat Beard House diners to the same sensibility that his Nashville hot spot is known for, pairing Southern comfort cuisine with brews from the Farm House’s neighbor, Little Harpeth Brewing.

In business for 11 years and relaunched in 2014, Boka has remained one of Chicago’s most acclaimed restaurants. Now under the direction of Eleven Madison Park alum Lee Wolen, Boka 2.0 has earned widespread praise, including garnering 2014’s Chef of the Year and Restaurant of the Year titles by the Chicago Tribune.

With three locations along the East Coast, Corkbuzz Wine Studio is a growing mecca for oenophiles with a wine bar, restaurant, and class space at each. For this Beard House dinner, master sommelier Laura Maniec and chef Allen Evans from the newest North Carolina outpost will fête the holiday season with a luxurious evening of Champagne and outstanding fare
