Memorial Day has kicked off the summer season of backyard grilling, gathering with loved ones, and soaking up the sun in the lingering twilight. Raising a glass to the spirit of endless summer, we've invited our favorite Hometown hero and brisket king Billy Durney, whose roster of fans is a mile long, to bring along some all-star friends for a memorable evening of cooking together at the Beard House.
