But that’s about to change: indulge in oysters, Champagne, jazz, and the Roaring Twenties when the celebrated chef debuts his thematic dinner tied to F. Scott Fitzgerald’s iconic novel The Great Gatsby. Guests can expect plates like West Egg and East Egg Deviled Eggs; Cold Fried Chicken with Salmon Roe and Ale Aïoli; and Montauk Golden Tilefish with Summer Squash and Saffron.
