With nationally acclaimed restaurants and a rich culinary history, it’s no surprise that Charleston is a dynamic dining destination. To celebrate all the vibrant city has to offer, this group of chefs will bring Lowcountry flavor to the Beard House through native ingredients and Southern hospitality. Expect sophisticated regional plates like Fried Okra with Pimento Cheese and Tomato Jam; Lardo-Wrapped Wreckfish with Braised Butter Beans, Jimmy Red Corn Grits, and Spicy Tomato Jus; and Ham Hock Terrine with Crispy Pigs’ Ears, Brassica, Turnips, Pickled Radishes, and Mustard.
