Revered as the toast of the town, this culinary connoisseur will serve a legendary Beard House dinner replete with housemade pantry items that pay homage to the South’s bounty and hospitality, with plates like Benne–Shrimp Toasts with Frim Fram Sauce; Cured Red Snapper with Pickled Sapelo Island Clams, Georgia Sub-Tropical Ginger, Turmeric, and Lemongrass; and Seven Southern Vegetables from Seven Georgia Farms.
