This gustatory excursion will explore the traditional ingredients, flavors, and wines of Valencia, Granada, and other culinary destinations of España del sur. Expect plates like Jamón de Trevélez; Rabbit Valenciana with Butter Beans, Crispy Rice, and Snails; and Lomo de Ciervo with Sweet Potatoes, Pistachios, and Chocolate.
