Send your taste buds on a luxurious island getaway as chef Laurent Cantineaux brings his signature fusion of French and Latin fare for a sun-kissed supper not to be missed, featuring plates such as Pork–Foie Gras Croquettes with Suckling Pig Confit, Foie Gras, and Pineapple Sauce; Sea Scallop Tiradito with Crispy Quinoa, Yuzu Juice, Ají Amarillo, Red Onions, Choclos, and Cilantro; and Crispy Lamb Fillet with Dried Tomatoes, Dried Basil, Eggplant Caviar, and Botija Olives.
