Here’s a taste of what’s on tap today at the Beard House.

Perched over the picturesque Gustavia Harbor, St. Barts dining destination Bonito provides the epitome of beachside elegance. Send your taste buds on a luxurious island getaway as chef Laurent Cantineaux brings his signature fusion of French and Latin fare for a sun-kissed supper not to be missed, featuring plates such as Pork–Foie Gras Croquettes with Suckling Pig Confit, Foie Gras, and Pineapple Sauce; Sea Scallop Tiradito with Crispy Quinoa, Yuzu Juice, Ají Amarillo, Red Onions, Choclos, and Cilantro; and Crispy Lamb Fillet with Dried Tomatoes, Dried Basil, Eggplant Caviar, and Botija Olives.
