The iconic Rose Café has captured the spirit of Venice’s hip beachside community as a landmark neighborhood hangout since 1979. Now with pedigreed chef Jason Neroni at the helm, the restaurant’s reincarnation channels SoCal chic with a new, globally inflected menu. Beard House diners will enjoy dishes like Summer Vegetable Tartlets with Whipped Ricotta and Tomato Jam; Cavatelli with Roasted Tricolor Carrots, Santa Barbara Sea Urchin, and Pickled Jalapeños; and Chocolate Budino with Salted Graham Cracker Crumble and Whipped Marshmallow.
