One of the most compelling conversations at our recent JBF Food Conference was "Rebuilding the American Table: Bridging the Good Food, Fair Food, and Hunger Movements" with journalist Jane Black and chef Phil Jones. Also the general manager of COLORS Detroit, Jones works to provide job training to unemployed community residents to equip them with the life skills and work experience they need to pursue careers in the hospitality and food service industry.
