This decadent drink showcases some seriously premium ingredients. It starts with Champagne, lemon cordial, lime juice, barrel-aged gin, crème de violette, and a little Chinato—an Italian aromatized wine that employs cinchona bark for a touch of bitterness. Shake up that luxurious mélange and strain it over a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
