With an emphasis on seasonal produce and a nose-to-nail ethos, the cookbook combines exquisite yet refreshingly straightforward recipes with captivating narratives that describe Bloomfield's journey from industrial Birmingham, England, to the apex of the culinary world.
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience.
