"The Four Seasons of Pasta"
When it comes to Italian fare, it’s hard to beat the powerhouse mother-daughter duo of Nancy Harmon Jenkins and Sara Jenkins. The two combine backgrounds in food writing and fine dining through Nancy’s extensive work as a journalist and cookbook author and Sara’s New York City hot spot Porsena. Now the pair has joined forces for their new tome, The Four Seasons of Pasta, an exploration of Italian noodles through the lens of a seasonal American menu. Featuring more than 120 recipes covering both weeknight meals and ambitious dinner party-worthy dishes, The Four Seasons of Pasta proves that dining is best as a family affair.
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
