We’re showcasing the winners of 2019 Blended Burger Project, which challenged chefs to blend mushrooms with meat to create more delicious and environmentally sustainable patties. Come visit the Beard House for a walk-around feast and celebrate the victors’ delectable creations—along with an outstanding selection of wine and beer to highlight the flavors of each burger.
