2015 JBF Rising Star Chef nominee Erik Bruner-Yang returns to the Beard House alongside a stellar team from across his D.C. restaurants, including superstar pastry chef Pichet Ong. Taking cues from the intimate, communal Spoken English and the globally-inspired Brothers and Sisters, this dinner will go beyond Asian Fusion to celebrate the global flavors and cultures that have inspired Bruner-Yang’s success and acclaim.
