Edible History, NYC
Beginning with oysters and working through to Gilded Age fine dining, learn (and taste!) along with historian Victoria Flexner and chef Jay Reifel from Edible History at this special Beard House educational feast. The duo will explore how social evolution and the growth of the city itself produced the conditions which led to the creation of New York City’s cultural mecca: the restaurant.
