In collaboration with the James Beard Foundation, the Queer Food Foundation and 2023 James Beard Award semifinalist® and journalist Rax Will are hosting the Equity in Hospitality Series. Join the virtual series to learn from industry leaders to develop and sustain an equitable and inclusive workplace for your employees and customers. We welcome industry professionals who oversee staff recruitment, retention, and DEI initiatives.
The Equity in Hospitality series includes two webinars, this first webinar explores equitable practices for your culinary industry practices for employees for both the Front and Back of house. Topics include recruitment and retention strategies, benefits, and establishing safe and inclusive work/company culture. The session is moderated by Vanessa Parish featuring LGBTQ+ industry experts.
