Join our hosts, Grenada Tourism Authority and chef Alexander Smalls, for an incomparable evening celebrating the diverse flavors of the Isle of Spice. This Culinary Symphony event, presented by lauded chefs Carla Hall, Erick Williams, Cleophus Hethington, and NduvoAkim Abdus-Salaam, will highlight Black diaspora foodways, and is part of an ongoing effort to inspire culinary careers among the next generation. Grenada was named the world's first "Culinary Capital" by the World Food Travel Association in 2021. This dinner is not be missed!
