San Diego Food + Wine Festival marks its 20th anniversary year with an incredible lineup of events, experiences, expeditions, and education, November 2-10. And for its Grand Weekend, SDFW opens with a special edition of Grand Decant, in support of James Beard Foundation. This walk-around spectacular showcases the city's culinary power houses, James Beard Award winners and nominees, and some of the most exalted brands in the world of luxury and acclaimed wines and spirits. 

Lux Ticket holders are invited to an intimate experience, early access and upgrades. Hosted by Charlotte Randolph, inaugural Michelin Sommelier of the Year, co-owner of 2-star Michelin Californios in San Francisco.

San Diego Food + Wine Festival Opening Night: Grand Decant is part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit series; events hosted by generous people, businesses, and organizations outside of JBF that provide critical funding for our programs. Each event supports our mission to champion a standard of Good Food for Good® anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability.
