High West Distillery, located in the Wasatch-Uinta mountains just outside of Park City, Utah, was named “Distiller of the Year” in 2016 by Whiskey Advocate, America’s leading whiskey magazine. Now the team from of this lauded distillery (and saloon!) is coming to the Beard House to serve up a generous portion of their mission: to make delicious whiskey, to share their love of whiskey with others, and to celebrate the West with hearty, locally grown fare.
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
