Formerly of Dos Caminos and Border Grill, chef Scott Linquist is a devoted student of Mexican cuisine–including the myriad types of mole, a category of traditional south-of-the-border sauces. For one night only, Linquist will come to the Beard House for an in-depth exploration of all things mole, to showcase the flavors and techniques that make up this essential building block of Mexican cooking.
