Join JBF Greens for Korean street food at Kimski 2.0 within Maria’s Packaged Goods & Community Bar in Bridgeport. 
 
The Marszewski family opened Kimski in 2016, serving fare inspired by their Korean and Polish roots. DJ, artist, and chef/partner Won Kim has overseen culinary operations since the beginning, and throughout that time, has sought to honor the two traditions while leaning into his Korean upbringing. In 2022, after the challenges of the pandemic, Kimski took a five-month sabbatical, hosting month-long pop-ups with local business operators without brick-and-mortar locations. Since then, the Kimski menu has been revamped to reflect “what I want to eat on my day off,” according to Won. 
 
For the occasion, Won will curate an entirely original menu centered around what he refers to as “Korean junk food with sustainable ingredients.” 

_{*70% of your ticket price will go directly to the host chef to support their business while 30% will go towards the Foundation’s national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women’s leadership for the culinary industry.}
