Join JBF Greens for plates of pintxos at XUNTOS in the heart of downtown Santa Monica.
Open since July 2023, Xuntos is the sophomore bar and restaurant from executive chef/owner and JBF Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership program alum Sandra Cordero and sommelier Scott Baker, who are also behind Gasolina Café in Woodland Hills.
Meaning “together” in Gallego, Xuntos serves sharable plates inspired by the cuisines of Northern Spain. The theme of togetherness also translates to Cordero’s work off the plate as one of the co-founders of Regarding Her, a national nonprofit supporting women in hospitality.
For the occasion, chef Sandra will create a multi-course tapas menu inspired by the summers spent on her family’s farm in Galicia.
*70% of your ticket price will go directly to the host chef to support their business while 30% will go towards the Foundation’s national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women’s leadership for the culinary industry.
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event(s) be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, The James Beard Foundation will offer options including ticket exchanges, use of tickets for future events, and option to donate tickets.
