JBF Greens x Mel’s

Join JBF Greens for a pizza party at Mel’s in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.  
 
Aptly named for executive chef/partner Melissa Rodriguez, Mel’s is the first restaurant to open at the soaring 85 Tenth Avenue space that will encompass three new concepts: Mel’s, Al Coro, and Discolo. 

A fine dining veteran, chef Melissa will curate a casual, yet sophisticated menu, showcasing the restaurant’s centerpiece: wood-oven pizza. The evening will also feature sparkling and still wines from J Vineyards & Winery.

*70% of your ticket price will go directly to the host chef to support their business while 30% will go towards the Foundation’s national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women’s leadership for the culinary industry. 

All reservations must be made in advance. Should the event(s) be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, The James Beard Foundation will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, option to donate tickets or a full refund.
