We’re heading out on a gastronomic road trip to taste the best of New England’s bounty. Chef Justin Perdue, who earned his chops at 2017 Outstanding Restaurant winner Topolobampo, will serve up a menu where each course pays homage to the region’s most beloved ingredients.
