Japanese and Thai fare take center stage at this special Beard House collaboration between Penny Chutima, second-generation owner of the Beard Award–winning Las Vegas restaurant Lotus of Siam, and Sarah Gavigan, author and chef/owner of the Otaku Group in Nashville. Joined by butcher and owner (and fellow Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership alum) Jocelyn Guest of J&E SmallGoods this trio of fierce entrepreneurs will come together to celebrate the innovation and vigor that a new generation can bring to timeless culinary traditions.
We’re partnering with Audi again for a second series of dinners featuring talented graduates from the Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (WEL) program, part of the Women's Leadership Programs presented by Audi. Audi's #DriveProgress initiative reflects a commitment to cultivating and promoting a culture that enables women to achieve their highest potential by removing barriers to equity, inclusivity, growth and development.
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
