This fall, in partnership with Pastificio Di Martino, the James Beard Foundation is launching a tantalizing dinner series designed to celebrate pasta culture from agnolotti to ziti and all that's in between. Settled in picturesque Sant’Agata, where the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno meet, Don Alfonso 1890 has been a jewel of Amalfi Coast dining for over a century. Come to the Beard House to experience two-Michelin-star chef Ernesto Iaccarino’s delectable blend of old world traditions and daring contemporary innovation.
