Denver’s Urban Farmer, led by French-trained executive chef Chris Starkus, is known for its heirloom produce, whole animal butchery, and bold, straightforward flavors. And while Starkus can’t bring along the Mile High City’s crisp air or breathtaking views, he is offering Beard House guests a taste of the wide, rich, Colorado harvest.

Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
