We’ve invited chef Anthony Cole and his team to serve up a taste of coastal cuisine, rooted in the surrounding farms and fisheries that make the Cape such a unique and delicious getaway!

Wild Flower–Honey Mousse with Gingered Asian Pear, Rosemary Cream, and Cassis–Pear Sorbet

A selection of fine beverages will be served with this dinner.

Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
