Join JBF Greens for a behind-the-scenes look at the world of winemaking from the eyes of a few inspirational women behind the wine. This intimate tasting and discussion will be guided by J Vineyards & Winery winemaker Nicole Hitchcock, associate winemaker Victoria Gaeta, and director of consumer experience Lindsey Auchter.
Broadcasting live from Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley, Nicole and Victoria will delve into the history and method of this refreshing pink sparkler, share surprising food pairings, and explain what sets their renowned Brut Rosé apart from sparkling wines and rosé varietals. Nicole and Lindsey will also elaborate on their experiences breaking through as women in the wine and hospitality industry.
