A special benefit evening to raise funds for the James Beard Foundation’s mission and programs serving the culinary community in your city and beyond.

Taste America, presented by Capital One, is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities.

The dinner at The Bindery will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by chef Linda Hampsten Fox of The Bindery in Denver and chefs Rene Andrade and Derek Christensen of Bacanora in Phoenix. The menu will reflect their signature styles and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurants and communities. The dinner will also include beverage pairings for each course.

Proceeds from your ticket directly support the local independent restaurants and chefs participating in the event. A portion of proceeds support JBF's national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women's leadership for the culinary industry.
