A national dining event celebrating your local restaurant community.

Taste America, presented by Capital One, is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities.

The dinner at Rooster & Owl will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by chef Yuan Tang of Rooster & Owl in Washington D.C. and chef Juan José Cuevas Soto of 1919 Restaurant, Condado Vanderbilt Hotel in San Juan, PR. The menu will reflect their signature styles and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurants and communities. The dinner will also include beverage pairings for each course.

Proceeds from your ticket directly support the local independent restaurants and chefs participating in the event. A portion of proceeds support JBF's national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women's leadership for the culinary industry.

Reservation Policy: All reservations are nonrefundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the James Beard Foundation will offer options including ticket exchanges, use of tickets for future events, and option to donate tickets.
