With experience under JBF Award winners Ming Tsai, Barbara Lynch, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, it’s no surprise that Chris Stam was tapped to helm Daniel Boulud’s New York City hot spot, DB Bistro Moderne. For his Beard House debut, Stam—along with executive pastry chef Tyler Verbiak—will offer a taste of his New England–influenced French cuisine with a menu celebrating the best of summer’s harvest: the tomato.
