Sindhi cuisine has a rich history, tracing its roots from ancient Persia through Pakistan to India, and picking up unique spices and flavors along the way. We’ve enlisted Roshni Gurnani, a Houston-based Sindhi chef (not to mention a Chopped, Hell’s Kitchen, and Cutthroat Kitchen alum to boot!) to celebrate her heritage by creating an early spring vegetarian menu alongside her female culinary staff and friend and chocolatier–pastry chef Erika Dupree Cline.
