Each event supports our mission to champion a standard of Good Food for Good© anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability.

Lamb Tartare with Gin-Compressed Melon, Chanterelle Conserva, Sungold Tomatoes, Anise Hyssop, and Sesame Sourdough

Roasted Duck Breast and Braised Duck Leg Dodine with Garlic–Honey Glaze, Corn–Squash Blossoms, Zucchini, and Preserved Plums

Grilled Pork Collar Brochette with Salted Peaches, Grilled Peppers, and Burnt Tomato Jus

Slow-Roasted Beef Picanha with Tomato, Pepper, Tropea Onion, and Almond Panzanella, and Ajo Blanco
