A riff on a whiskey sour, this refreshing cocktail is packed with rye, cane syrup, and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Jack Daniels Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey 
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce Poirier’s Pure Cane Syrup
  • 1/4 ounce Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Mint for garnish 

Method

Combine all ingredients, except the mint, in a shaker filled with ice. Double strain over a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with the mint.
