Ingredients
- 2 ounces Encanto Pisco
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce Orgeat
- 1/2 ounce Amaro Montenegro
- Club soda
- Red wine
Method
Combine the Encanto Pisco, pineapple juice, lime juice, Orgeat, and Amaro Montenegro in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well.
In a hurricane glass filled halfway with ice, pour a thin layer of club soda. Add the contents of the cocktail shaker. Top with a lighter-bodied red wine for maximum floatation, and garnish with a mint spring or orange slice. Enjoy!
